Plan work in the communication calendar
Coordinate paid, organic, and lifecycle activity in one shared schedule.
See it in Leado
What you’ll achieve
- A conflict-checked calendar in which every visible item links back to the source asset that controls its timing and status.
Follow the workflow
-
1
Open Calendar
Use the communication calendar to review planned and scheduled assets across channels.
-
2
Select the date window
Switch to the month or period relevant to the campaign and use filters to reduce visual noise.
-
3
Check channel balance
Look for collisions, long gaps, and repeated messages across social, email, web push, SMS, and paid activity.
-
4
Open an item for context
Use the calendar entry to reach the source asset and confirm its status, audience, channel, and final content.
-
5
Adjust in the source editor
Edit schedule or content in the relevant tool, then return to the calendar to verify the updated plan.
Verify your work
- The calendar timezone and date window match the campaign plan
- Overlapping customer messages and long channel gaps have an explicit owner decision
- Opening a calendar item reaches the expected source draft or campaign
If something doesn’t look right
An item is missing
Confirm it has a saved or scheduled time in the source editor and that calendar filters include its channel.
The displayed time is wrong
Compare the source schedule and calendar timezone before editing.
A change does not persist
Update the source asset rather than only returning to the calendar view.
Limitations and safeguards
The calendar coordinates recorded Leado actions; activity created directly in an external platform may require synchronization before it appears.
